At work, I get a break at 10am. A couple of people wanted to go to Whataburger and I thought, "Sweet. Taquito time" so I went too. I ordered my taquito and stepped out of the way to let the next person through. Right then, an older gentleman walked in and asked for a cup of coffee.
The cashier gave him a little cup of coffee and walked away. The older gentleman (or "OG") started to walk away and then stopped. He looked straight at me and poured his cup of coffee onto the floor. I was astonished. He noticed I was shocked and said to me, "There was too much coffee in there."
Moral of the story: Old people are kind of mean.

Don't make me pour my coffee on you.
If you did not watch the Intervention this week with Allison it is the best/worst/funniest/saddest/creepiest thing you will ever see. It is hard to see this and realize it is not a joke and there are people really like this:
I'm not a bad person. I swear.
On the marriage front, I would say that my wife and I have only one thing we fight about: Early 90's Women's Gymnastics. She is a big fan of Shannon Miller, while I prefer Kim Zmeskal. I'm sorry but, Shannon Miller? Really? She may as well be a fan of Betty Okino. Psh.

Today was the first (of many) trips to the gym for the wife and I. Spent 30 minutes on the treadmill and my legs feel like rubber but I do feel awesome. Also, I am actually kind of excited about lifting weights some too.
I HAVE to see Trouble the Water:
It looks really really good. In case you don't want to watch the trailer, it is a documentary about Hurricane Katrina (and mostly the aftermath) shot by the people who were in it WHILE it was happening. I am very interested in seeing it.
Kara is watching 10 Things I Hate About You. I am not sure she is enjoying it to much. Honestly, neither am I. This movie really doesn't hold up. Please God, tell me that Can't Hardly Wait stands the test of time.

Not the guy in pictures behind everyone making faces, like this that guy:

but the metal/punk kid who in his twenties discovers singer/songwriters (and tons of other things that require a "/"). I’ve become one of the college kids that I kind of despised. I feel like I should take up Ultimate Frisbee or Beer Pong or something.
More or less this blog is just to try and get people to listen to mostly ukulele music. Seriously, the ukulele has come a long way since Tiny Tim.
